Newton's 1st Law
At Corrective Holistic Care, I specialise in personalised exercise blueprints that restore balance, build flexibility, and support lasting strength for women in their late 30s through 60s.
My work blends advanced corrective exercise and stretching techniques with a deep understanding of each client’s unique story—because no two bodies are the same, and neither are their journeys.
I’m passionate about helping women move better, feel stronger, and live more fully—whether they’re recovering from injury or simply feeling held back by stiffness or imbalance.
Through compassionate guidance and expert programming, I raise awareness of muscle imbalances and hidden limitations that can quietly sabotage energy, performance, and joy in everyday life.
My mission is to help each woman reconnect with her body, prevent future setbacks, and experience freedom in movement again. This is not just about exercise—it’s about rebuilding healthy, confident movement from the inside out.
Whether you're just beginning your wellness journey or returning with renewed focus, I’ll meet you where you are—with a holistic, sustainable approach that empowers you to move forward with grace, strength, and purpose.

With God's help, I intend to design safe and effective corrective exercise and stretching blueprints specific to my client's needs.
Observe the body's movement with assessments and
identify and address what is off-balance.
Alleviate any neuro-musculoskeletal compensations to enhance my client's recovery towards goals.
Live better, feel, and move better, free of discomfort, is my goal for my clients.

As the saying goes, "Be a product of the product". In 2018, I started having low back pain that would not go away. After an x-ray, I had mild scoliosis and also the spaces between my discs were narrowing. I knew what I had to do and I trained myself. After 6-8 weeks of my own corrective exercise program, I felt better and the pain had subsided. Yet, the pain would return when I stand a lot and when I am not doing enough of the exercises.
The moral of this story is to be consistent and never stop (the least thrice a week). The body is supposed to move without pain.
Remember, lasting improvements need dedication and consistency over several months.
