The Versatile Essential Oil

The versatile essential oils and how they assist everywhere in the whole body whether in exercise, rest, nutrition, mood and skin. Pure, potent and natural, doTERRA is the alternative to maintain health for now and the future.


In ancient civilizations, the versatility of essential oils were always known. Used for fragrances to beautify the skin and health benefits for the whole body. Greece, China, India, and Pakistan were among the first to discover them. They also discover how potent when used.

Do you know why essential oils are so potent? It is because of the many constituents found in them. You may know the oils come from plants and most parts gives the essential oil. What you do not know is that only 3,000 plants in the entire world produces essential oils. This is quite amazing. It takes diligence and effort to source and produce the purest essential oils. This is doTERRA’s motto: “Pursue What’s Pure.”

doTERRA developed a therapeutic standard when there was none. The founders understood that pure and natural oils will support the whole body. They sought out farmers and growers around the world. Those who knew how to grow, cultivate, and harvest the plants. It is from these farmers and/or growers that doTERRA gets their essential oils. Essential oils are so versatile and natural that all body systems can benefit. But, since exercise is the focus, I will give a brief description. What essential oils does for the musculoskeletal system [MSS]. If the musculoskeletal system does not work well, then how can you do exercise? Essential oils give bones, muscles, tendons, and ligaments the support they need.
