Cancellation Policy
To support a smooth and respectful scheduling experience, the following policies apply to all scheduled services: Cancellations Appointments may be cancelled up to 24–48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $20 USD / BBD cancellation fee. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours may be subject to availability. No-Shows Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will incur a $25 USD / BBD no-show fee. Waitlist Availability When a session becomes fully booked, clients may join the waitlist. If a space becomes available, waitlisted clients will be notified and offered the opportunity to book based on availability. Placement on the waitlist does not guarantee a confirmed appointment.
