Service Description
The Wellness Lifestyle Assessment is a complimentary, EO-focused review designed to help you understand where essential oils can best support your current lifestyle. Using the doTERRA® Wellness Pyramid framework, you’ll complete a self-assessment that explores key areas such as: • Nutrition & digestion • Movement & metabolism • Rest & stress management • Reducing toxic load • Informed self-care This form is not about perfection — it’s about awareness. Once completed, I personally review your responses and meet with you to discuss: • Where you’re already doing well • Where support may be beneficial • Which wellness pillars to prioritise • How essential oils and simple lifestyle shifts can be integrated practically and safely This session is educational and supportive in nature. It is designed to help you move from guesswork to intention, so you can confidently use essential oils as part of a sustainable wellness lifestyle. If, during our conversation, it becomes clear that deeper movement or corrective support would be beneficial, I’ll guide you gently and transparently — always with your goals and readiness in mind. There is no pressure to purchase, no obligation, and no one-size-fits-all recommendation. Just informed guidance, clarity, and a personalised next step. Movement Insight Session™ Policy
Covers AromaTouch™ and PBM Laser Support, standalone or alongside the Starter or Mastery Series. Pricing is shown on each service. Scope These services support relaxation, comfort, recovery, and wellbeing. They are not medical care and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. PBM Laser Support is a wellness add-on, not a medical treatment. Results vary. Please consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness service. AromaTouch™ Sessions Available as the Foundational Session, Hand Technique, Fusion, or the AT1 and AT2 packages. Please disclose oil allergies or sensitivities, skin conditions, pregnancy, or medications affecting skin sensitivity beforehand. PBM Laser Support Drug-free, non-invasive support using the Activ Pro Laser. May support temporary relief of minor muscle and joint discomfort, stiffness and muscle spasm, relaxation of muscle tissue, and a temporary increase in local circulation where indicated. Suggested sessions may be based on age ÷ 10. Please consult a healthcare professional first if you have any medical condition, implanted electronic device, pregnancy, cancer history, light sensitivity, recent surgery, active infection, unexplained pain or swelling, blood-clotting concerns, or use photosensitising medication. Direct eye exposure is always avoided; CHC may decline or modify the service where unsuitable. Packages AT1 is valid 4 weeks and AT2 7 weeks (about one session weekly). One missed session is allowed per package with reasonable notice. Packages are non-refundable once two sessions are used; unused sessions expire at the validity window, except emergencies at CHC's discretion. Payment Pay in advance or in person, as arranged. Packages are paid in full at purchase. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please give at least 48 hours' notice. Prepaid sessions cancelled late may be forfeited; pay-in-person sessions may incur a charge equal to the session fee before rescheduling. No-Shows Missed sessions with no notice are not refunded, credited, or transferred. Package no-shows beyond the one allowed count as used. Late Arrival Sessions end at the scheduled time and may be shortened; significant lateness may require rescheduling. Refunds Completed sessions are non-refundable; packages non-refundable after two sessions used. By scheduling, you confirm you have read and agreed to this policy.
